Today, I guide individuals and groups towards deeper clarity, presence, and coherence. Through one-on-one sessions, meditations, and group experiences, I create spaces where healing unfolds naturally. My approach is rooted in the subtle intelligence of the body and the quiet wisdom of the nervous system. Transformation emerges not through force, but through resonance and attunement.
Nalini was born into a bicultural and bilingual family, Swedish and Italian. Growing up between two cultural worlds profoundly shaped the way she perceives reality and, from a young age, led her to observe how language, habits, and beliefs shape individual experience. It is within this space of crossing and in-between that her inquiry was born.
From an early age she worked in fashion as an illustrator, beginning in Milan. These experiences, together with her studies, took her to London at the age of nineteen, where she earned a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology, developing a keen attention to cultures, identities, and the ways symbolic contexts influence the body, relationships, and the world.
Her spiritual path began in London through yoga and meditation. Over the years, she went through significant initiatory periods in India, dedicating herself to a deep and continuous practice, rooting her work in the yogic lineage and in direct embodied understanding.
Living for many years in England brought her into close contact with Celtic culture and symbolic and mythopoetic thought, which became a second important channel in her path. Teachers such as Jules Heavens, Uma Dinsmure-Tuli, and John Hillman were particularly influential.
She further deepened her journey with internationally renowned teachers, including Michael Stone — with whom she collaborated on the book Let the Heat Kill You — Pema Salem, in the tradition of tantric Buddhism inspired by Padmasambhava, and Katie Abbott, whose teaching weaves together mysticism and the Sufi tradition.
After more than twenty years abroad, she returned to Italy. Her training in psychic massage with Vartan marked a moment of synthesis and grounding of the different threads of her path, making her experience more concrete, simple, and transmissible.
Perceptual sensitivity and creative practice remain central to her life and work, as tools for self-inquiry and healing. The workshops and practices she offers are grounded in years of direct experience, study, and ongoing training.
